With a metallurgist and technical expert of our own, we are able to provide quick support by phone or web meeting.  We work with several customers as a technical expert just a phone call away.   When you need process expertise but don't have resources to have someone tied up onsite or don't want the risk of travel, we are here, ready to help.  

Some of the services that have been requested and provided include:  

> Onsite hands-on brazing support - building loads, fixturing and cycle monitoring. 

> Technical guidance in the equipment procurement process, so equipment meets customer requirements and will make a good braze. 

>Participation in furnace Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) when our customer is purchasing equipment. 

>Providing review of facility prior to equipment considerations.
