About

AeroSPC  started as a family owned business that has been a provider to the industry for over ten years known as Aerospace Special Process Consultants, Inc.  we have shortened the name for ease of communication and recognition. 

Our business has built strategic partnerships with equipment OEM's as technical liaisons and integration partners (not sales representatives) to ensure that our mutual customer achieves their goals. 

Started by a metallurgist, the business has taken on a number of unique projects for international technology transfer, relocation of equipment, upgrades/modernization of vacuum brazing furnaces, design, build and installation of water systems, custom creation of process based human machine interface (HMI) on several platforms and providing metallurgical analysis for process issues and yield.  Our customers include aerospace prime members and small mom-and-pop shops and we love working with all of them and business sizes and types in between.

As the company has grown, we have added a systems integrator, field service technician and a strategic fabrication partner.  

Today Carolyn Deans owns and operates AeroSPC. She comes with over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry focused in AS9100 as an IAQG AS9100 AEA Lead Auditor and NADCAP compliance and HMI design.

She has continued to build strong partnerships in the industry to support our varied our growing customer base.
